Beneficial and Harmful Interactions Among Living Things

An ecosystem is a community of all plants, animals, and micro-organisms (living components) living in an area which interact with air, water, sunlight, and soil (non-living components) in an environment. It may be big like a corn field, a coconut field or a fishpond. It can also be small like a vegetable garden or a plant in a flower pot. All living things in an ecosystem are connected together in a feeding relationship.
